Dorothy Simmons

An Irish-Australian who is looking forward to launching her collection of short stories, Only One Life, at this years WAM festival.

Dorothy Simmons An Irish-Australian, Dorothy Simmons gave up her day job as an English teacher to concentrate on creative writing. Her work includes a stage play (MRPG), four YA novels, the historical fiction, Living like a Kelly, multiple short stories, occasional poetry and micro-fiction, and most recently, her second work of historical fiction number, Of Breath and Blood. She looks forward to launching her collection of short stories, Only One Life, at WAM 2021.
