Crime writer Shelley Burr left a career in environmental policy to establish a permaculture farm near Albury and devote time to writing crime fiction. Her debut novel Wake achieved outstanding success, for which she won the Matt Richell Award for New Writer of the Year at the 2023 Australian Industry Book Awards. Her latest crime thriller, Ripper, hits the shelves at the end of August.
Join Shelley over a scrumptious lunch at Public House as she talks about creativity and productivity, on the farm and in fiction.
