We open the Write Around the Murray Festival with the launch of Tree Talk, a delightful digital storytelling project that explores the mysteries and magic of trees. After learning about the secret lives of trees in the Albury Botanic Gardens, students from Albury North Primary School have imagined and captured some of their voices. Come along to hear them share tree tales from the lives of some special Botanic Gardens trees.

We are honoured to begin this event with Wiradjuri Elder, Aunty Edna, offering a Welcome to Country and sharing some tree stories of her own.

Join us for the launch in the Botanic Gardens near to the entrance at the corner of Dean Street and Wodonga Place.

You can also visit Tree Talk anytime and listen in to some of the whisperings going on in the Gardens.
