Children’s Laureate Gabrielle Wang, Yuin First Nations author Gary Lonesborough, and disability advocate Eliza Hull, discuss the importance of diversity and representation in writing for children and young people. Author and academic Yves Rees chats with them about their recent books, including themes of cultural diversity, sexuality and disability. They also discuss genre and stylistic choices and what inspires them to write for young people.
