Matthew Ruby

Matthew Ruby is a lecturer in psychology at La Trobe University. His main research programs centre on the intersections of culture, eating, and well-being. In particular, he investigates the different meanings that food and eating hold in people's lives, how people reconcile the dissonance between loving meat and loving animals,  and the factors that support and hinder people's in making sustainable food choices.
